Cause & Effects is a Zimbabwean-based company founded 18 years ago. The Managing Director is Catherine Jouineau-Meredith, born in France and fluent in English, who graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Reims and was trained by E&Y in Paris as a Trainer.
